Best GPU Card Under $25

Our ultra-low budget category of best desktop Graphics Cards under $25 (US Dollars) has been narrowed significantly due to the run-up in DDR prices, and the over-heated demand from the virtual crypto-currency mining. As of this recent update, our review has just 1 card. The recent spot price on this one as moved up to $29, so technically should be pulled from the list, but since you are researching low-priced cards here it is:

This is the least expensive card available on the retail market that can still be ordered (Amazon) as of our publishing. For this low price you still get all of the basics – 1 GB of DDR3 (800 MHz), AMD Radeon HD5450 chipset at 650 MHz clock speed, and standard interfaces: 1x DVI-I, 1x HDMI, 1x VGA, and 1x HD D-Sub (HD-15).

The Max Screen Resolution is: DVI: 2560 x 1600, VGA: 2048 x 1536.

It takes a single width, Full-Height x16 PCI-e Slot.

If you need to upgrade an older system, or get a little boost out of your newer rig, you might want to get this one before it’s gone or the price jumps up again.
