SourceTech411 Updated Website And Relaunch Of Newsletter

We are excited to announce that the newly updated SourceTech411 website went live with the start of 2013. Happy New Year!

The pages are more vibrant with easier to read color contrasts, and quick view graphics to indicate what the article is about.

In addition to what you see, we’ve also made changes under the hood so pages load faster, searches are quicker and your overall experience is improved.

Best of all, we are continuing to add more articles and news to keep you informed, updated and entertained.

You’ll notice the format has been changed for easier navigation and we’ve provided multiple methods for you to find the information you are looking for. The menu bar below the logo categorizes the articles – News, Research, Design, Products, Build, Test, Services, Companies and Events. There is also an enhanced search engine for the site, also located in the menu bar.

About halfway down the right hand side you’ll find 5 articles that “You May Be Interested In” – we’re still working on the algorithms to help show you related topics. The more you use the site, the better we can make it. And a little further down you’ll find the tag cloud so you can quickly jump to articles based on key word topics. Give it a try and see what you find!

The weekly newsletter has also been redesigned to bring you more content and information. Each article is accompanied by a graphic so you can quickly visualize the topic and decide to continue reading. We know your time is important and everyone is already on email overload.

We heard your feedback regarding advertisements in the newsletter and these have been removed. You’ll only receive articles to keep you updated on the latest news in our industry. Each week we will continue sending out the top stories to our subscribers (it’s free, sign up with just your email address).

And if that’s not enough for you – we implemented your suggestions for a push delivery system . Daily excerpts for all new articles are available through either RSS or email. Just click on either the RSS icon or the email envelope icon in the upper right of the website and you can subscribe to receive the news however you want.
